For most women, support after a pregnancy loss, miscarriage or traumatic birth ends when they are considered medically stable, leaving them to navigate the journey of healing, physically and mentally, alone.

At Intara, we know that healing takes more than time.

We provide structured, expert-led programmes specifically created for women who have experienced pregnancy loss or birth trauma. Each programme combines trauma-informed, Pilates-based movement, practical emotional toolkits, and expert guidance to help you rebuild strength, restore trust in your body, and reconnect with yourself.

Founded by two women who’ve lived through it

Lauren is a specialist Pilates instructor with years of experience working with women through loss and recovery. Izzy brings nearly two decades of healthcare strategy and communications. They have been through multiple pregnancy losses, and traumatic births, and couldn't find support that was practical or honest enough. So they built it themselves.

We understand what this experience takes from you, clinically, emotionally, physically, and what meaningful support needs to look like.
